LVPro Film House, in partnership with Fluid Underbelly, opens its studio doors in support of performers, actors, writers, musicians, directors, and content creators who need a professional and creative performance/event space. We got you. We are you. This is a profit-sharing offer for ticketed events only, where our studio, equipment, and valuable support are offered free of rental charge to you, with split shared profits at the door between the booker and studio. Everybody eats. The purpose of this promotion is to offer affordable performance space to the NYC metro area content-creating community and to build together.

The space is open.! You’re invited to put on the show or event you’ve been waiting on. Whether it’s theater, a film screening, a music performance, or a showcase this offer is for you!

Space and Offering Details

All events/performances will need to be approved with a consultation. Venue walk-through is required before the event date. The promotions includes: 

  • Six hours of event/rehearsal space free of rental charge. 

  • Professional sound system

  • Lighting: Preset stage lighting mounted on the ceiling.

  • Audio: Two microphones -  Choice between handheld or lavalier mic. 

  • 2 flatscreen TVs

  • 1 large projector screen

  • Mirror Wall

  • 20 red theater chairs

  • 20 blue theater chairs

  • 20 plastic white folding chairs

  • Furniture seating: Leather sectional and chairs, Black leather couch, two glass side tables 

  • Bar area for concessions or drinks.

  • Use of spare tables

  • Red, white, or green stage curtains available

  • Performance filming: Within this package, you receive raw footage from your performance from a stationary 4k Camera set up positioned to capture the stage.

  • Space design: Create your vibe. Whether it’s theater, dance, poetry, burlesque, stand-up comedy, open mic, film screening, or party we’ve seen the space be successfully utilized in a variety of ways.

  • You are responsible for all creative execution of your event. We’re here to provide the space and venue support

  • Additional lighting and audio equipment available for rent
